Installation started

I have made it a point of duty to let the forum know all about it every stage I go.
Today I planted the 8 foot pole.
3 ' below and five foot above .
Drilled a hole through the pole last night and put a 3/4 threaded rod.
Checked for the plumbness as i go.
If the concrete in well cured 2mrw I might put the mount head.

Please your advice is needed as I go along.

i would alow 48 hrs for the concrete to cure.

It was a hectic day yesterday saturday.
I had a lot or trouble getting the last petal to set in.
But all that done now, I took the advise to let the concrete cure for 48hrs.

I am Looking forward to buy a dsr 022 I already have a Globecast receiver, a GI 2500 and a DX DSZ-200 C-BAND SATELLITE RECEIVER.
I also bought a BSC621-2. Damn it's so lightwieght

You might want to find out if you can exchange that BSC-621-2 for a regular BSC-621.

The -2 model has a dual frequency Ku band antenna ("Universal") whereas the non-2 model has single frequency Ku antenna ("Standard").

It's important with the DSR 922 (I think that's what you mean, the 4dtv C&Ku band receiver?) It kind of requires the "Standard" type of Ku LNB as it cant handle the frequency used by the universal models.
And as you are searching for DSR922, make sure you buy from reputable person. These units have a onboard battery that stores a special code. If that battery dies, the motherboard of the receiver is useless. These batteries are only good for about 10 years, and these boxes are getting about that old. Ebay is a popular place to sell defective equipment. Be careful.
If you go that route, there is a C band program provider that offers a 922 box for reasonable amount of money if you sign up for their service. Seems like a good idea to me.

It will work though on the C band stuff and the other receivers, although I'm not famaliar with Globecast receiver as long as it can select Universal LNB it should be OK.
