Need help for BSC 621-2 C and Ku band LNBF

I have my old birdview 8ft disk, and I just brought the new bsc 621-2 C band and Ku band LNBF to put into my 8ft disk and use my coolsat 4000 pro for received.
I can not get any signal ?
If any one known how to set up, please help me?

before i have received the analog lnb signal long time ago with my old birview received. after that i can not received any signal.That why I try to use the coolsat 4000 pro. It work good with 18" disk on 110w,119w,91w,82w.
I try to set up my coolsat 4000 on disk setting with :
Satellite-97.0w testar 5,LNB power -on, LNB Freq-9.750/10.600,22KHZ-Auto, Diseqc Switch-1.0, Committed-2,LegacySw-Off.
Then i try to use my remote controller to move my 8ft disk from 00 to 99. The signal level from my coolsat came out 75% Red color and the quality came out 7% Red color

Did you have signal before you installed the lnbf?
