Is it possible to use this receiver with 30" dish & linear LNB to get LPB channels on AMC3 or Access & Knowledge channel on AnikF1R? These channels are Digicipher2 but free according to lyngsat website. Thanks!
Probably not since that receiver was made specifically for StarChoice. It is not a FTA receiver. You could receive those channels with a receiver such as the Fortec ones that Sadoun sells.

If its a previously activated StarChoice box, it will work for the free stuff on ANikF1 (Knowledge, U of Alberta radio, Access). It wont work for drive in classics or sextv. Those are freeview for existing subs to SC ):
