AMC 1 Reception

I am unable to receive DW-TV (Deutsche Welle) with my Coolsat 4000 Pro receiver even though I get other channels on AMC 1. DW-TV says it is at 3.740GHz vert. 29270 symbol rate. What can I try to receive it or is it off the air?

It should still be there I will take a look when I get a chance and let you know.

I just checked and it is still there with the freq. and sr. that you have. You might try deleting DW in that mux and rescan.Sometimes that has helped with me.
If you are receiving a good quality on that freq. and sr. you can go in and enter the pids manually and scan for that one channel and it should come in. Then just rename it. Hope this helps.
