THANK VJ9999 AND TDTI1 YOU FOR THE HELP , BUT I NEED SOME MORE INF. I'M CONFUSED BECAUSE.
DISH NETWORK USE CIRCULAR POLARIZATION IN KU BAND .THE POLARIZATION IN C-BAND IS THE SAME OR USE VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL POLARIZATION.
IF I BUY A ASC421 LNBF HOW CAN I PUT THE TEFLON DIELECTRIC PLATE CAN YOU SEND ME A PICTURE ,AND I NEED A SERVO MOTOR TOO?
IS THE PANORAMA ER-861 A GOOD LNB TOO

PD:THANK SADOUN FOR THE FASTER SHIPPING OF MY 180CM C-BAND DISH

The circular polarization for dish and direct is on the KU side. They pick up there signals from the C-band side and recompress and re broadcast, That is why c-band is so good, generally first gen signal. There are some circular c-band siganls in which a di-electric(teflon) plate will convert those to H/V, but you do that at the cost of degrading the signal for all recieved because you have an obstruction in the throat of the LNB. Also if you are doing FTA might I recommened a C-Band lnbf that can be controled from your FTA reciever. Sadoun sells a controller for a BUD mover that works off of DISEcq control signals, so the dish position can be controlled from the same FTA reciever.
