Is hunan TV in G13/H1 scrambled?

I can get nothing. Is it scrambled?

According to PITV, all channels except IFTV on Galaxy 13/Horizon 1 at 127 West will be scrambled on 2/15/05.

I've had the same problem with HunanTV on G13/H1 since Feb. 1 but my reciever did not display "bad channel or scrambled" message. It's No signal 8). It's time for shopping other satilletes of FTAs.

I just bought the new FTA complete system. If the above information is true, my question is: is it worth for me to keep the new system or just return it?
