Problem of aiming at Galaxy13

Hi, I live in Boston area and try to capture signal from Galaxy 13 (127W). Here are the parameters:

azimuth: 245.5
elevation: 16.2
skew: 42.3

I am having problem getting the signal, most likely because of the low elevation (I am using a winegard dish and 16.2 elevation is below lowest mark available).

Does anyone in Boston area have any luck getting signal from this satellite? Any suggestion?

Would an Invacom LNBF (0.3db) help?

Thanks

I think the mark on the dish is just a rough estimate. You can try to low your dish to the very low position and try to align it.

However, it may be harder to aim to 127W in east cost than it in west cost.
