As usual, I never read manuals ... Anyway, after went through the menu I figured out how to add the sat. But I couldn't get strong signals from it. I am wondering if I need to adjust other parameters as well, like LNB type, frequence, etc.
While I was searching for Horizon1, I got a couple of regional PAX, WB, ABC on G10R (123W), but no luck for G13/H1 (127W)

If you use same saytem (LNBF) you do not need adjust these parameters. But you do need to write the TP information correctly (11720H/26800).
I got G13 very smoothly. Signal is stronger than G3C.

I live in Ohio and have a motorized dish. I can get G3C, AMC4 and T5, but cannot receive any signal beyond 111W (I think because of a tree in my back yard  ). Any suggestion for me? (I probably do not wish to have the tree cut).
My next problem may sound very ignorant. When I did a channel search, I couldn't find G13 in the list. Instead 127W is @ G9. Any thought on this? Does the name matter? If so, how do I add new satellite to the list?
Many thanks!!

The satellite name does not matter to the receiver. It does not know the names -- it only identifies the satellites by the transponder data; frequency, polarity and symbol rate. So determine which satellite you want, then get its real name (from www.lyngsat.com ) , make sure the transponder data corresponds with the data in lyngsat and then set the receiver to an active transponder and align the dish. Finally, do a satellite search and download the channels. If you have a tree problem then first you must either relocate the dish or remove the tree. Remember that as you move the dish further west, the elevation drops (for your area) so trees become a big problem for the satellites located in the most western slots.

Instead cutting the tree, you may try to put the dish to a different place.
And the receiver does not care about sat name. You can add new sat name or just use any name. But you do need have to imput the TP information correctly.

You'll need a larger dish and a standard/linear LNBF
G13/H1 as well as G10 do not have a hot footprint where I live and I need to use a 90cm (3 foot+) dish to receive a decent signal.

Thanks bobkat & lcmsd for your advice!
I think I am going to move my dish further toward south to get away from that tree. Since it was someone from Sadoun who did the install for me, I have no idea how difficult it is to move a motorized dish. For instace, do I need to set the "True South Satellite" again? Is there a guideline that tells you how to move a pre-installed motorized dish?
Thanks again for your kind help!

No guidelines --- just tear it all apart and start over...
Seriously.

you might:
1> return the motor to 0 degree.
2> note the direction of the dish, which is your true south.
3> take the motor from the pole, but keep the dish with the motor.
4> move the whole thing to the new pole. make sure the pole is verticle. take time to measure and adjust it.
5> aim the dish to the same direction as before. this way, the dish and motor would be very close to the optimal.
6> now follow the direction coming with the motor and fine tuning.
