ETTV fta on T5?

Does the ETTV channels on T5 Free? because Lyngsat chart say that are Fta channels, but I can lock it.

These channels come and go -- free then scrambled. They were free a couple of days ago but I just checked and sure enough, they're scrambled again. These same channels (most of them) are currently free on AMC4.

Amc4 will stop playing Chinese channals the end of august...alll the chinese channals will be on dishnetwork...so no more free....

Only TTV, CTV & CTS currently are broadcasting via DishNetwork.
Other 2 new Taiwan Channels (VIDEOLAND "ON-TV" & Taiwan Public Telvision "PTS" ) have signed contracts with DishNetwork and will start brocasting sometime August with TTV, CTV & CTS, some other channels currently on AMC 4 (News, CEN, IFTV, PACIVIA TV & CCTV4 ....) will terminate, Sky-Link might move to other satellite.

However, there is no specific information about whether all the channel will go or not.

There are several channels that are not TISTV. Hope they will stay
