Polarity switch for C-Band dish

Is there a switch device out there that can translate 13v 18v voltage from a FTA receiver to change polarity for a c-band dish (Feedhorn with servo motor).

I have a C/Ku feedhorn and LNBs. I need to adjust polarity on my C-Band receiver in order to scan polarities with my FTA receiver. I don't necessarily want to change out my high quality LNBs with the $50 LNBFs I see for C-Band dishes.

The ultimate goal is to use an FTA receiver to run my C-Band dish.

Any information would be appreciasted.
