I have seen the $19 deal offered several times over the past year as well as a ($33 with Scaler) Blowout Sale. Will the $19 or ($33 with scaler) price be offered again in the future?

The $39 price ($45 with scaler rings) is not so attractive when $16.99 single output LNBFs and $19 Dual output LNBFs are available.
