i have been talking about putting up the big dish for a year and now i am closer than ever. i want to run my Fortec Classic with a VBox that i purchased. is there anything that i am missing? looking for any splitters or switches i might need to get this going. i have all the major components but just wanted to know if there was anything small i was missing? is there a diagram out there i can refer to? thanks

If you plan on running C and KU band on this dish you will need a disqec switch so you will only have 1 coax running to the receiver also you will need acuator wiring to run from the V Box to the actuator.

If you got the ribbon cable it will be included in it so you are good.

one thing for certain you shouldn't have any wind issue with the short pole.

that lnbf has built in switch, you wont need another one.

one RG-6 cable from your DVB receiver will do, along with the actuator signal and power wires.

But - if you are running a new cable, please do pull 2nd RG6 at same time.

If you do end up with a DC-II 4dtv receiver, you'll need separate Ku and C band cables.

he said he was running a ribbon cable so he should already have the 2 coax covered.
