leave off the wires for "0". You dont need them.

if the motor turns the wrong way than you expect it to, reverse motor M1 and M2 wires.

If the sensor doesn't register when the dish is moving, reverse the sensor wires.

what LNBF are you using?

And to add, setting up a dish like this is a lot more work than Ku with USALS.

from sadoun's onsite calculator, the elevation of Nimiq 91 for your zip code is 55 degrees in the sky.

This is a prime focus dish. It should be pointing right at that value to see that satellite in the sky.

The instructions for the motor show for your lat (30 deg) you need to set the motor to 60 degrees, and the declination (the small scale on the top of the motor) to 5 degrees. That works out to the 55 (60-5).

I have no idea where you came up with other numbers above, or how you happened to get Nimiq1 -- unless you're on a side lobe of the signal.

It might be much easier to work with C band signals to align your dish.
I used an analog receiver, as there are some well-known signals on C band that can be used as waypoints. But since you have Digital box you'll need to use DVB for alignment. I don't have any good references for DVB C as I'm using 920 receiver for DCII and Analog at this time.
