Please help I’m not receiving the vertical channels on the x4 sat, all I’m getting are the horizontal ones. I’m using a 6ft dish with an Invacom LNB.

Well...... are you getting other Ku sats. What channels are you trying to get, and with what receiver? Are you talking about an Invacom LNB or an LNBF (I didn't realize they made LNBs. Are you slaving a FTA receiver to a 4DTV or slaving a 4DTV to a FTA receiver? Ie what is powering and controlling the Invacom, which I'll assume is an LNBF? If you have the 4DTV controlling the lnbf, you need to set up the 4DTV for an LNBF rather than an LNB with a polarotor.
Also, what kind of Invacom? The QPH-031 is compatable with 4DTV, but the other one (SHN031 or something) is NOT compatable.
In any event, you're not explaining what your system is enough to tell.

Thanks it's working now. I had the LNB settings wrong, its actually C-Band and KU band LNBFs
