C-band dish repair

The title may sound bad, but I acquired a 6' aluminum bud from a friend with a stationary mount. Now as this is my first foray into the c-band world, I have been reading up, and now I would like to ask for advice on what I should do to try and get it working. I would also like to try and id the dish if that is possible.

The attached images are pictures of the front the back and the stationary mount. (The lnbf had a wasps nest in it so I covered it up)

So is there any way that i can fix this dish up and put a polar mount and actuator on it? Or is there another alternative to mount it and motorize it, like what Bibbler did to his Fortec?

More questions later, but I would like to get the basics answered first.

Any advice or opinions would be appreciated.

But the way sorry for the poor quality photos but my camera is ancient.
