The 2 servo wires will attach to your 2 servo wires that will be dangling off the servor - you can solder them, use a wire nut, twist them together and electrical tape them, or whatever mechanism you'd like. Of course the other end will slip into the terminal block connectors on your receiver/mover in the house.
its acutally 3 servo wires and 4 wires for the actuator the 2 big wires goes to the motor 1 and 2 spots while the 2 smaller wires goes to the sensor.

You're right (obviously). It's been awhile since I've actually looked at the wiring

Actually, it's hard to tell how many wires there are from the picture. I went to the web page at the bottom of the picture, and they had a bigger picture, but you still couldn't tell.
But ribbon cable SHOULD have 5 wires for the actuator, 3 wires for the polarotor, and 2 runs of RG6. Most actuators only need 4 of the 5 wires, because most have magnetic reed switches and don't need all 3 of the small wires (I can't remember if you omit the 5v or gnd, but you need the pulse). There usually are also some shield wires around the polarotor and actuator sections, but I usually ignore those. The picture above shows the 2 rg6 coaxes, and shows the polarotor wires above that, and it shows the 2 BIG motor wires, but I don't see the 2 or 3 sensor wires for the actuator. They are probably there, and not easily visible in the picture, but this may be some unusual kind of ribbon cable.
