Question DSR 922 and Moteck V-Box II Compatibility?

Does anyone know:
1) Does the Motorola DSR922 4DTV receiver use the DiSEqC protocol for positioning the C-Band dish? Or better yet –
2) Is the DiSEqC POSITIONER Moteck V-BOX II compatible with the Motorola DSR922 4DTV receiver?
3) Will the Motorola DSR922 4DTV receiver timers cause the Moteck V-BOX II to move the dish to the required satellites automatically or will I have to move to each satellite position on the separate timers “manually” with the V-BOX II remote or V-Box II buttons?
4) Where can I get a diagram for the connections to the Moteck V-BOX II or its manual?
I have contacted Sadoun, who sells the Moteck V-BOX II, and the Motorola help desk, who “supports” the DSR922, but neither of them could answer these questions. Each one did, however, refer me to the other (?!?!?)
Thanks,
Geo

What?????? The Moteck box is for distribution of 36v to an actuator/HH motor. The 922 distributes 36v to actuators/HH Motors. Why in the world would you want to bypass the already in place capabilities of the DSR922 with an additional box?

If your plan is to use lnbf's with the 922 you would still program the 922 to move the dish. How could you possibly pass the signal for movement from the 922 (seperate wires) to the coax input of the Moteck VBOX? You have no input for movement signal on the 922 so you can not pass those signals to the 922.

Perhaps if you started at the beginning and layed out what you are trying to do someone here could be of specific help. In any case you would not be using both for positioning no matter what. You will have to make a decision which one controls the dish movement.

As Steve said why would you want to use the v box to move the c band dish when it is built into the Dsr 922?

I also agree, but the answers to the 4 questions are
1) No.
2) No.
3) Because you can't connect them, No.
4) There is a connection diagram, (or a link to one) at the Sadoun web page for the device.
