I also made the bottom of the hole a little bit wider, cut the bottom of the pipe in a 45 degree angle and drilled 2 holes and added 2 rods through the pipe to prevent any twisting and turning. It's been looking good for couple of years now.

Thanks a lot for the useful info guys. So I guess the 12 foot 2 inch Rigid Pole for my
HH120 Motor and 120 cm Fortec Dish is the way to go,- likely buried about 4 - 5 feet deep.

LNB is that you have pictured in your post from 07-12-2006? I currently have a
Invacom QPH-031, is the unit you show good for BOTH C & KU Band Sats? Is it better than the Invacom?
