Someone was whining about no manual, and I do agree that it would be little skin off of someone's teeth to post one. So I wrote
Moteck, explained that the lack of documentation was costing them sales, and they sent me scans of the pages.
It's late, I'm tired, and this is the best that I am going to do to make those pages available to all.
