Hello I have been trying for almost week and half to get satmex 5 chanels with this set up I canot get chanels on any satellites I might have installed the lnbf wrong, is the arow for this lnbf have to be pointing up or down I have it Up, also what would it be the proper focal depth for this dish I been trying to get chanels in the Ku and
C band I have the latest transponders fron Lyngsat and I have tried them almost every one. my receiver seems to show signal strength but no quality I have set up the receiver as diseqc 1 for c band diseqc 2 for ku receiver is a pansat 2500 also have a captiveworks 600 regular, I live in NJ zip code 08876 any help apreciated
