I have great news for the owners of the Fortec
mercury II and the Slingbox, as many may know, the mercury II rx is one of the unsupported devices by the slingbox and its media player. Well, I am glad to inform that I have created the missing (link) bin file to allow the sling player control the mercury II rx over the internet from your computer at a remote location. All of the remote features are included in this bin. Feel free to get it from my link.

Sling Community - The Official Community for the Slingbox, placeshifting, and the expanding Sling Mediaverse., but it is simple, just drop the file in your Svab directory and then run the slingplayer assistant and select other for device choice and type s2000 in the empty box field. it should work as it does on mine. My slingbox is the U.S. version for NSTC, I have not created a Japan/PAL version (I do not plan on doing so). Enjoy and God bless all, NOLO.
