The file inf for the driver is version 2..23.11
All the thing does is make the PC slow/hang, and DTV-PC runs extremely slow. tseader does not see the card most times. Never have had lnb voltage. Multiple PCs, PCI slots, and installations of windows 2000.
I'm stumped- and I'm an IT guy !

Is it a full sized card? If it is, I've never seen a 1020, but I seem to remember that the
Twinhan 1020 was a blue card. My 1020a cards are red, and they used to talk about the "red" card, and I *think* the blue card.
So MY best guess is that you have a 1020, rather than a 1020a.
However, unless you have the wrong drivers installed, I don't know why TSREADER wouldn't work with it. Most 3rd party programs were originally written for the 1020, and later were upgraded to work with the 1020a, but should still work with the older cards.... I think...
Re making a computer run slow, I don't know what OS you're using, but my card is in a Win2k computer, in which I have 2 regular NICs, a 1020a, a broadlogic card and an Air2PC card, all of which show up as NICs. I've found out that unless I set up the computer to make the primary network as the #1 NIC in the search, that everything slows way down, like 45 second waits when I click on a network share or something. But if I put my primary NIC first, things speed up.
