So I bought a card from a vendor on ebay- and I'm hving lots of issues trying to get it to work. It savs visionplus on the tuner, has a blue substrate, and conexant 878A chip. Does any one hace a clue?
The file inf for the driver is version 2..23.11
All the thing does is make the PC slow/hang, and
DTV-PC runs extremely slow. tseader does not see the card most times. Never have had lnb voltage. Multiple PCs, PCI slots, and
installations of windows 2000.
I'm stumped- and I'm an IT guy !
