I had a chance to own a Koan 110 fta receiver for few weeks. the receiver is made in Korea and has some very good features:

High quality video and audio.
Very sensitive tuner
It can rerad what kind of incryption is beign used.
Manula pid entry.
Nice graphics
Supports Pal Secam and Ntsc and there is abutton didicated to change between these systems.
Does a very good job with the Pal/NTSC conversion. the picture and the motion of the pal signals on a ntsc tv is perfect with no distoersion.
very nice looking receiver with Menu buttons and channel change and volume behind a hidden behind a little cover.
