Help! Unable to get horizontal Ku on BSC621
Hello BSC621 experts,

I have a BSC621 on a 10' Paraclipse BUD mated to a DSR920. I am getting all (H & V) C-band, but I am only getting Vertical Ku band. I can see Vertical channels on X-4 but no Horizontal. I've checked the DC voltage on the cable right at the antenna and I get 12 Volts on Vertical and 19 on Horizontal.

I'm unable to authorize my programming because X4-440 is horizontal!

Any suggestions would be most welcome !!!
