I don't understand what you are saying about lnb power you need to make sure your lnb is turned on in your receiver if you are talking about the lnb LO freq it should be set at 10750 for a standard lnb.i would forget about the
signal finder untill i found the sat. use the signal meter in you receiver till you locate the sat. then you can use the signal finder to peak the dish.
