I live in Portland, OR. It doesn't matter how many times I have aligned this disk, I always get the signal quality about 40% for
vtv4. I called and talked to the customer support, but they have no idea what to do. Is this because I have bad LNBF? This is the GlobeCast LNBF made in Japan. What should I do?
Any help will be greatly appreciate.
