Installing a dish at your APARTMENT or CONDO




If you live in an apartment, townhouse, or condo, there are some restrictions on where you can mount a dish. No one can prevent you from installing a dish (with certain rules - see below). See the FCC rules about that here: http://www.fcc.gov/mb/facts/otard.html

In general, if you have an exclusive use area like a balcony or patio facing South, you should be able to setup a dish without a problem.
