Not sure if anyone can tell anything from this, but the images were taken at about the same time, and they're clearly different programming.
Well in the third one near the border at 10:43 (assuming am) it was 20 C. I know I know but what I am noticing is the difference in logo. In the first one we have the standard Azteca 7 and the second one has the standard Azteca 7. The third may be local programming running on the Azteca network. Kinda like local news or local commercials on national channels.
