It finally occurred to me what you were trying to say here. Ie I thought that you were saying that your LNB setup had 2 LO freqs, ie 10600 and 11966 . Now I think I see that you were saying that you were using a LO freq of 10600 and were trying to tune the 11966 transponder????
The advise re settings given above doesn't change, but I wanted to make sure of just what you meant you had done with these two freqs? I think that if you entered a second frequency in the antenna setup and were using "standard" that the second freq will probably be ignored anyway. I think the second freq is only used by most receivers if you've specified a universal lnbf, unless the receiver has some 3rd kind of custom lnbf setting, but that would require a switchover freq to work. But in any event you really should either be standard 10750 or universal 9750/10600, depending on what lnbf you have. And the 11966 should be entered as one of the transponders (with the proper SR value).
But perhaps whatever receiver you're using has some unusual way of entering frequencies?
