I'm pretty sure that the IA6 channels were from Mexico City. There used to be a fellow from Mexico City in another group I'm in, and he'd post about things that would be on the Mexico City channel, and it matched, and these things weren't found on the US version of Azteca.
You may be right about the SM6 channels being from Mexico though, as I see that the 3 4.2.0 channels on G23 have a bug saying Azteca America or something like that, but the SM6 channels and the 2 4.2.2 channels don't have this bug, which gives me hope that at least one of these channels might be the missing Mexico City channels, but they don't seem to match what is indicated in Lyngsat.
I'm pretty sure that I saw some advertisement on the SM6 channels that had addresses for businesses in California. Is it possible that those channels are from Mexico, but perhaps just across the border from So California or something? The other thing is, that on IA6, there used to be 2 fta channels, ie a channel 7 and if I remember right, a channel 13, however that 2nd channel doesn't seem to match anything on SM6 or on G23.
