Might help if you give more specific information. Like brand and model.
Then what is wrong?
Is it the case that you have an FTA receiver and there is a problem with the internal power supply?
Or is it the case that you have an old receiver which should have come with an external power supply which is in a separate box and you did not get this with the receiver or it is no longer working?
Or is it the case that you have a receiver and there is a cord which plugs into the wall and then there is a small plastic box inline with this cord and this is not working - and you need another "cord with inline plastic box"?
