I don't think that's possible.

One option is to use a Series 3 HD TiVo and record and watch OTA ATSC content that way. That TiVo can handle both cable and OTA digital TV.

As for recording onto DVD, as wejones said, you probably won't be able to fit an HD movie onto one DVD, unless you down-convert it to standard defintion, which means it won't look as good as the original.

You might want to wait for the HD DVD recorders to come out and get within your price range.

For now, a series 3 TiVo or a dedicated computer with an ATSC tuner are two pretty good solutions for recording OTA broadcasts. TiVo is much more expensive, but very easy to use and set up.
