To what antenna???

If you have a traditional C-band dish, it will already have a polar mount, which will have mounting points, which vary somewhat from dish to dish, but should be obvious. If you have one of the smaller dishes or one of the small C-band dishes like are sold here, then they don't come with polar mounts, so there isn't any way to use an actuator unless you build yourself a home-made polar mount.
