18 inch dish is just TOO small for 97 West KU...
30 inch / 75 cm is a minimum recommended for 97 W .. but people get WAY better results with a 40 inch / 1 meter dish for example.. - and if you were to install another dish - i would personally recommend going with a 40 inch instead of 30 inch .. - in a long run you ll be more happier with it at 97 West, trust me!
The Q signal is what really matters .. at
installation screen there.. - that is why "0-30" obviously and logically so is NOT enough.. - that is why you are having problems...

On a different note, you dont have to "blank" with * DISH Network at this forum here (to have "D**h N*twork", or something simular).
