Can not do skew if you are talking the "normal" big dish setup of feedhorn/lnb. If you are using the
BSC621 lnbf it can control polarity and skew is controlled via dish position just like little dishes. As to moving you will need a VBoxII to convert the signal coming down the coax to 36v which the
actuator requires.
