Have you looked into the available channels in German via FTA? Perhaps just adding a DVB MPEG2 receiver to your current setup would solve your desires. There is also
Globecast. Do not know the pricing or availability. Same as Dn/DTV in regards to it is their equipment. In other words you can not use a CI receiver of your own.
