My only guess is via TV Japan (NHK pay TV service) via Dish Network. I don't know where you are, and I don't know if any Japanese programs are on local TV (as in Los Angeles), therefore TV Japan is your only choice.
NHK World (on
C-Band) carries highlights on the news programs, but you need a big dish to watch the programming from the PAS 9 satellite.
