To make a long story short, 2.65 doesn't seem to work with the 3250 card.
And you should try cleaning out all of the various drivers you've installed, and then try the disk that came with the card again.
There are instructions in that thread for removing the existing drivers.
If it still doesn't work with a clean install and the disk that came with the card, I'd suggest plugging the card into a different PCI slot.. there may be an IRQ conflict or something.
