I want add one thing. Since you don't know the Pids, very good chance the Dr.Dish will be on VTV4 channel which was used in the past.

DrDish@TV is a special interest TV program targeting the satellite
enthusiast community. The two-three hours show intends to create a
communication bridge between the satellite equipment manufacturers,

provider company, the DrDish@TV is re-broadcasted on five satellites,
covering all continents. The latest show (live on air on the 21st of
January, 2004) is going to be repeated during the satellite exhibition,
CABSAT in Dubai on the 8th, 9th and 10th of February, 2004, between
13:15-15:30 GMT on RRSat Global Network on the following satellites and
frequencies:

To Asia, Africa and Australia via Thaicom-3 satellite at 78.5° East.
Reception frequency: 3671 Mhz (C-Band), Polarization: Horizontal,
Symbol Rate: 13.333 Msyb/s, FEC: 3/4, Beam: Global .

To Europe, Middle East and North Africa via HotBird-3 satellite at 13°
East. Reception frequency: 12,207 MHz (Ku-Band), Polarization: Horizontal,
Symbol Rate: 27,500Msyb/s, FEC: 3/4, Beam: Wide

To Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa via Intelsat-707 satellite
at 1° West.
Reception frequency: 10,987 MHz (Ku-Band), Polarization: Vertical, Symbol
Rate: 3.255 Msyb/s, FEC: 3/4, Beam: Middle East

To U.S.A., Canada and South America via Intelsat-907 satellite at 27.5° W.
Transponder:11
Reception Frequency: 3732 MHz (C-Band), Polarization: RHCP, Symbol Rate:
14.000 Msyb/s, FEC: 3/4, Beam: West Hemisphere
