A lot of the PBS channels on 89 W I can't get, Telstar 12 is a blur and SBS 6 is weak. I ran out of time last night so I'm going to check the cable connections tonight. Just want to ask whether or not this is problem with the Quad or is it me?
Did you compare the signal when connected directly from motor to lnbf? Ie I'm guessing that previously you were not going through a DiseqC switch, but now you are, and these switches now seem to have significant insertion loss.

Also, have you tried a new blind scan? Ie the frequencies may be off a bit on one of the lnbfs. I know I had lower signal until I corrected for the different LO freqs, when I changed lnbfs.

But I do think that it may be the case that the low noise temps of some of these lnbfs may be due to decreasing the gain a bit. Sometimes you may lose signal strength but actually get a better quality signal.
