most all receivers has the capability to operate a disqec switch (1.0) and if the receiver is capable of moving a dish it will have either 1.2 or 1.3 or both. yes receivers has the capabilities of doing all 3 my fortec ultra and
mercury will do all the satworks will only do 1.0 won't move a dish but will control a disqec switch. hopes this helps.
