Basically, the whole point of the H-H motor, and the appropriate elevation on the dish bracket is to follow accurately the Clarke Belt, where all these satellites are parked in orbit. You can expect to be able to get a useable quality signal from every ku band bird in range of your motor, unless there is an obstruction. That's what I saw with my 80cm dish, and the signal quality improves with my new 90 cm dish.
