I don't know what is in these various kits, but what you want to look for is that to receive the 10.7-11.7 band, you need a "Universal" lnbf, and whatever kit you buy, there are options to change lnbfs, so you have to consider which lnbf you choose. There are advantages and disadvantages to using a universal lnbf, but if you want that low band, then that's what you need.
