However I still have 1 more problem yet. I'm having a conflict of positions
(writing location on the motor) between two satellites. Whichever I store
last remains. So if I store Turksat last Eutelsat goes because the motor
will keep the Turksat angle and vice versa.

I have restored the motor to it's default values and stored the sats again.
The peoblem is that the satellites on the receiver only have numbers
which are there just for personal reference and changing the number would'nt solve anyting, at least that's what I think. Any ideas please ?
Those numbers aren't there for reference, it is ONLY the numbers that mean anything. The motor doesn't know anything about the names of the sats, the motor only knows the numbers. You are not telling the motor to go to sat Turksat, you are telling it to go to position 21 or 22, which can be whatever position you happen to store at that position. As I've said before, I would recommend saving the sat positions with one receiver, then save the corresponding sat numbers on the other receiver while the receiver is not connected to the coax. That way you won't be changing anything saved on the motor, and you'll just be saving what number corresponds to that sat on your receiver.
