System is a
Platinum NA receiver and all sats are set with USALS. System was working fine until a storm came through and now will move east no problem but will not move west beyond 0. There was a power outage. The Platinum does not have a limit setting when using USALS and I have checked all sats near 0 (87) to verify they are not set with DiSEqC 1.2.
Can not find a reset button on the motor and have powered down the receiver complete with an unplug for 5 minutes. Any ideas? I am about to try a factory reset on the receiver.

Forget it. I went in and set a sat with 1.2 and then saved a disabled limit. Limit was listed as disabled but I changed it to an east limit then back to disabled and then saved. Motor now moves both directions.
