Doesn't but would solve a large portion of your problem. Iceberg posted a fairly detailed thread on the Toroidal dish when he set his up. A search should pop something up. If you are going to try to get only 2 sats on a C Band dish they are not that far apart so I say just let the dish move to the sat.
Using the Toroidal for Ku would eliminate motor move for Ku and slight inconvenience with movement on the C Band dish. I do not remember the specifics but if I remember correctly it would take 3 Toroidal dishes (large) for me to see all of the arc. Being a combination of lnbf spacing and dish capabilities.
Be prepared for a rather costly initial setup. You will require a seperate lnbf for each sat you desire to view along with I imagine some pretty wild switching. Not to mention the dish is not cheap when compared to a "normal" type dish.
If you are that set on eliminating motor for move and really do want C Band given the investment in the Toroidal setup you might as well just get a 8.5 or larger C Band dish with a CorotorII along with a C and Ku lnb. Stir in a 4DTV receiver and then a HDD200 for
HD. Slave the MPEG2 box to the DSR922 for C Band MPEG2 transmissions.
Not only would you have ability to sub along with more FTA channels you would also have a higher picture quality.
