LOL !! Sorry - it was the salesman in me telling you to "trash it" (and, of course, buy a new one :wink: ).

True, I forgot about the "LNB power" being switched off - try that first. Generally, the DC voltage to the LNB is integrated into the tuner circuitry - so the tuner may be shot as well. I trash ExpressVu receivers all the time when they don't put out 13/18 VDC .... HeHeHe :lol:
