However, this is the first real test of the little 3' Fortec dish. I still have it up on AMC3 on the PBS channels, and it's going strong. The offset design, and slippery surface allows the snow to just slip off. Big dish is half covered with snow, but there isn't any at all on the little dish. Even if it had picked up snow, it's easy to knock off, unlike the big dish that is all dented (some dents as big as a softball) from me hitting it with a broom.
Anyway, I'm impressed with the little thing. I didn't expect to see any satellite until Friday.
