You have something desperately wrong. The QPH is a standard lnbf linear. The correct setting is 10750. As to the 22Mkz switch. It is acting as an A/B switch so if you are using the switch as powered on the linear side then all linear sats are designated as powered. Unpowered opens the path to the circular port of the lnbf. This is why you show very weak signal when trying to watch a linear sat with it unpowered and on the incorrect lnbf setting.
Next on the list is freq range of a standard lnbf vs. UNI. The standard has a smaller range thus less tp's viewable with it. Next is dish size. What is your dish size? The QPH is a bit heavy for the smaller dishes and may be weighing down your lnbf mounting arm just enough to allow reception in some spots and not others. Especially is your dish alignment was not correct to begin with.
I assume you have the QPH installed correctly in the mount. Coax ports pointing straight down when the motor is at 0?
